**Requirements**

- Current New Hampshire License to practice as an Oral Surgeon.
- Current New Hampshire Controlled Substance license required.
- Current DEA required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree or a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
- 5 years clinical oral surgery experience in an institutional healthcare setting preferred. Correctional experience preferred.

**Environmental Conditions**

Standard medical setting in a correctional facility includes daily interfacing with inmates, correctional staff, and healthcare personnel. Temperature extremes may be encountered while moving throughout the facility outdoors and indoors in buildings without air conditioning.

**Travel**

Moderate travel required.
