**Requirements**

- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in New York.
- Board certification required.
- Experience with geriatric population preferred. Experience with providing care in ICU, ER, Urgent Care, Primary Care, and Surgical will be considered.
- Strong assessment, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge in medication management and de-escalation.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technology tools.
