**Job Description**

- Assess the patient's needs, plan care, implement and evaluate medical and nursing regimens in accordance with hospital policies and standards.

- BLS certification (through American Heart Association) is required.
- ACLS certification (through American Heart Association) is required for all RNs, except for NICU and OR RNs. Newly hired inexperienced nurses must receive this certification within 12 months; experienced nurses must receive it within 6 months.
- PALS certification (through American Heart Association) is required for all RNs working in specific departments. Newly hired inexperienced nurses must receive this certification within 12 months; experienced nurses must receive it within 6 months.
- NRP certification is required for all RNs working in the Mother-Baby unit, Labor & Delivery, and NICU. Newly hired nurses must receive this certification within 6 months.
- Registered Nurses providing direct oncology care must demonstrate current cancer-specific certification or ongoing education by earning 36 cancer-related continuing education nursing contact hours every 3 years.

**Benefits**

- Salary range: $111,827 - $146,888 (based on full-time hours).
- Schedule: Per Diem, Night shifts from 7 PM to 7:15 AM, with a requirement of 2 shifts per month.
