The ATS-Detox unit manages acute withdrawal and prepares patient to continue their recovery by alleviating acute physical and emotional dysfunctions that have resulted from their substance use. The program provides medically monitored detoxification and stabilization to individuals that are dependent on various substances. The Assistant Clinical Manager is a first line manager who, in collaboration with the Clinical Manager, directs nursing care and coordinates resources for a specified unit while performing administrative activities and providing leadership and support to staff.

- Collaborates and supports the health care team in the delivery of quality and fiscally responsible patient-focused care.
- Monitors and evaluates the assignment of patient care to the appropriate nursing personnel based on patient needs and acuity level.
