- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field with three years of field experience; OR Master's degree in human services or related field with one year of field experience
- Experience facilitating group therapy sessions, coordinating activities, and developing treatment plans for individuals with diverse abilities
- Act 33 and Act 34 clearance and FBI background check, if applicable
- Valid PA Driver's License
