- Must have graduated from an accredited school.
- Must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
- Minimum one year of professional working experience.
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or proactively in the process of the application for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Current CPR certification.
- Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.
