**Requirements**

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: psychology, childhood development, childhood education, special education, pediatric therapy (physical, occupational, or speech therapy), or related field

**Job Description**

- Provide medical evaluations and treatment of patients at the facility under the supervision of the Medical Director and work collaboratively with the medical/clinical staff under the guidelines of state licensure for Nurse Practitioners.
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illness, independently or as part of a healthcare team.
- Participate in the formulation of patient Master Treatment Plan.
