- Work with Nursing to provide nutritional supplements for wound care for all residents and implement, change, or discontinue appropriate nutritional interventions as part of the wound healing process.
- Provide diet and nutrition education to residents, family members, and staff as needed during care plan meetings and on an ongoing basis.
