**International Cardiology**

Join our team as an International Cardiologist in Coos Bay, OR. This locum-to-perm position offers a unique opportunity to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing supplemental coverage.

**Job Description**

- Cover inpatient, outpatient, and cardiac cath lab services
- Perform procedures including:
  - Intracoronary foreign body retrieval and mechanical thrombectomy
  - Intracoronary infusion of pharmacologic agents including thrombolytic medications
  - Intracoronary stents, balloon angioplasty, and other commonly used interventional devices
  - Intracoronary ultrasound of coronaries or IVUS
  - Management of complications of percutaneous interventional coronary procedures
  - Rotational atherectomy
  - Interpretation of coronary angiograms, ventriculography, and hemodynamics
  - Intra-aortic balloon pump catheter insertion and post-patient care
  - Peripheral vascular angiography, angioplasty, and stenting

**Requirements**

- Active OR license (or willing to obtain)
- Board certified in internal medicine/interventional cardiology
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Must have ties to Oregon
