**Job Description**

- Provide physical therapy services within an outpatient care setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans

**Requirements**

- Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy or equivalent
- Current Physical Therapist license in the State of New Hampshire
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification
- Experience in providing Physical Therapy within an outpatient care setting is preferred
- New graduates or other therapists who have not worked in an outpatient setting may be considered
